Leslie (Lee) LaChance

Leslie (Lee) LaChance is a writer, artist, and educator working in New York and Nashville. She has published poems and essays in literary journals, magazines, anthologies, and chapbook collections. Her photos have also appeared in literary journals, and her mixed media pieces have been showcased at Art & Soul Nashville.
She taught in colleges and universities for over two decades and now teaches community-based writing and creative arts workshops.
Lee is also SoulCollage and Narrative 4 Story Exchange facilitator and provides manuscript and portfolio consulting for both emerging and established writers. She holds a Ph.D. in English from the University of Tennessee. She loves to travel, hike, bicycle, and spend time with family and friends.
