Art & Soul was founded on core beliefs that value the art process over the product. 
It is a place where the journey of self discovery begins in an atmosphere of freedom, trust, respect, caring and

non-judgment.

CADP is the foundational class to learn and practice the four core Art & Soul practices:
• Play
• Intuitive Artmaking
• Authentic Movement
• Sounding

This 6-week course runs throughout the year and is foundational for Art & Soul Membership or becoming a facilitator at Art & Soul.
 
It is also a prerequisite for Sustaining Artistic Awakening and Wide Circle Weekend. You are welcome and encouraged to take CADP several times to reground yourself and set new intentions for your life and your art making.
