Come and celebrate with More Mixed Media Fun! On the first day, you’ll alter papers with Citra Solve, Polymer GAC 100, stencils and Never Dull, as well as make gelli prints with your individual mark-making. Explore the wonders of making your own unique collage papers using music sheets, book pages, and other paper options. Then get ready to introduce paint and oil pastel crayons in a Grab and Turn technique Lisa brought back from a workshop in Portland, Oregon. Lisa will show you different ways to incorporate the papers and oil crayons, along with the altered papers, into wonderful works of art! And be ready for the introduction in this class of some EXCITING AND NEW Mixed Media materials. Whether you are a beginner or a repeat Mixed Media enthusiast, there will be something new to add to your tool box from this class. See what a fun and wonderful transformation your artmaking process takes! Skill Level: any skill level Pre-requisites: none Materials that the facilitator will provide: canvas board or panels, Never Dull, Gac 100, found papers, paint pens, brown paper bags, semi-gloss soft gel medium, gesso Lisa will have extra materials available for an additional $25 fee payable directly to her.
