“Meditation can reintroduce you to the part that’s been missing.” – Russell Simmons – Taking inspiration from the wisdom of artists and other creatives, we will follow their flow of thought as a pathway to drop into our own deep flow of musing, feeling, and writing our heart’s wisdom. Whether you’re a seasoned writer or are just jumping in, join published writer and trained writing coach Karyn Henley as she gently leads the way through non-judgmental, fun and freeing writing prompts, tips, and exercises that will nudge you to explore your own voice on the page. You can keep what you write private or share it in supportive community. Either way, our free, open practice of playing with words and thoughts can help you discover, nurture, and honor the meditations of your heart.
